Vantage celebrates 14 years in business

It was the summer of 2007. The mortgage industry was going through a reckless lending period and our leadership knew it could be done better. Integrity and ethics were a prerequisite many seemed to forget in the primary mortgage market, which continues today. Going against the grain, Vantage Mortgage Group went ‘all-in’ before, during, and now after the 2008 financial crisis creating national influence by doing what seemed impossible now continuing to thrive 14 years later. The leadership team supported wholesale lending when most others fled, who were manipulated by lenders to work for them versus working directly for the consumer. Clearly, this was fueled by special interests and creates a direct conflict of interest. Vantage has become one of the top independent brokerage and true fiduciaries in the country (serving Oregon and Washington exclusively). All original and newer VMG team members are extremely grateful for the loyal clients, business partners, and ongoing referrals. They appreciate those that understand the value in what VMG offers, embracing facts and math only when making important financial decisions. The team is excited to continue on this journey together!
