Andy @ Vantage Mortgage is absolutely fantastic. This was our first home and he explained everything (sometimes two or three times when i didn’t understand it). We shopped around with another lender and they couldn’t come close to the rates we got with Vantage. Also, no one could beat Andy’s customer service. He was ALWAYS there when i needed something. We had a fast closing (30 days) and he was on top of everything. We had some challenging credit and income issues and he suggested that we go through a review with the underwriter as part of the pre-approval. I’m so glad we did it that way, it really made everything smooth when we found a house we liked. I can’t say enough good things about Andy and Vantage Mortgage. We got an amazing rate and amazing customer service. I have recommended all my friends and will keep his information for all of our future needs. Fantastic experience.
