Not a buyer was stirring, not in jeans or a blouse;

The flyers were hung by the door with such care,

In hope that offers would soon be there;

The sellers were nestled, already snug in their new beds,

The dream to sell their vacant home danc’d in their heads;

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,

Some excited buyers knew competition was no matter.

They jumped into action and sprung off the fence,

And contacted their agent for an office that made sense;

The loan approval was solid, the sellers could rest;

The buyers are smiling from ear to ear,

Giggling and excited that moving soon will draw near;
