Dear Clients, Partners, Friends & Family,

We are so incredibly thankful to each and every one of you that have supported us and we’re proud to celebrate our 10 Year anniversary this month! Since July 2007, we have believed strongly in ‘independent’ mortgage origination and local small business. At that time we chose to go against the grain and refused to follow the path most of our competitors did, influenced by special interests. Today confirms it was the best decision made in the history of our company and the direct reason for our unique success.

Our early vision and involvement in the industry allowed us to see ahead into the future following the 2008 financial crisis. We chose the path we knew would be best suited for those we serve (our clients) and we’re so very proud of the outcome after 10 great years. We continue to stand strong in support of transparency, a client-first approach, and embracing lender competition and choice.

Our driving factor today and always will be in consumer education to make sure all those we connect with are informed with how primary mortgage origination works. Analytical facts and math continue to win over the ‘one lender sales person’ philosophy and the pricing and execution speaks for itself when iron sharpens iron.
